The furnace shell is the outermost structural support component of a precision electric furnace. It needs sufficient mechanical strength while minimizing surface temperature to ensure operational safety. The shell is made of SUS304 stainless steel, which has excellent corrosion resistance and rust prevention properties, and its surface is aesthetically pleasing and easy to clean and maintain. The stainless steel outer layer is polished to achieve good heat reflection, further reducing surface temperature. It is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel sheet, CNC machined, and coated with imported epoxy powder, exhibiting high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. The double-layer furnace shell structure is filled with insulating material and equipped with an air-cooling system, effectively reducing the outer surface temperature. The alumina ceramic furnace lining features high temperature resistance, strong thermal stability, and good corrosion resistance. Its high-purity alumina polycrystalline fiber material is lightweight and has high porosity, combining excellent thermal insulation performance and efficiency.

Operators only need to set process parameters on the touchscreen, and the equipment will operate automatically without manual intervention.
4. Multiple Safety Protections: Integrates independent over-temperature protection, thermocouple circuit breaker protection, over-voltage protection, over-current protection, leakage protection, short-circuit protection, and furnace door power-off linkage safety mechanisms. Once an over-temperature alarm is triggered, the main circuit will automatically cut off and issue an audible and visual alarm to ensure the safety of the equipment and operators.
5. Rapid Heating and Cooling Capacity: The heating rate is freely adjustable to meet the specific heating speed requirements of different materials. Combined with an air-cooling system, the cooling rate is also significantly improved, thereby shortening the process cycle.
