It achieves low-temperature, rapid, and non-oxidizing drying by creating a low-pressure environment within the sealed chamber and combining it with precise heating. Unlike ordinary convection ovens that rely on hot airflow to remove moisture, vacuum ovens use a vacuum pump to evacuate the air from the chamber, reducing the internal pressure, and then combine this with a thermal radiation heating system to achieve highly efficient drying.

Precision vacuum oven mainly consists of a chamber, a vacuum system, a heating system, and an electrical control system.
