Structural Engineer (1 Position)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for product structural design and optimization, including component selection, structural strength analysis, assembly process design, etc., to ensure reasonable product structure and reliable performance;

2. Participate in product R&D projects, cooperate with electronic, mechanical and other related departments to complete the overall product design, and solve structural technical problems in the R&D process;

3. Compile product structural design drawings, technical specifications and BOM lists to ensure the accuracy and standardization of drawings;

4. Follow up the trial production and mass production process of products, provide structural technical support, optimize production processes and reduce production costs.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation, Structural Engineering or related fields;

2. More than 2 years of product structural design work experience, proficient in using design software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD, experience in structural simulation analysis is preferred;

3. Familiar with material properties, processing technology and product assembly process, able to independently complete structural technical support from design to mass production;

4. CET-4 or above, able to read English technical data, with good team cooperation ability, innovation ability and sense of responsibility.

岗位职责：

1. 负责产品结构设计与优化，包括零部件选型、结构强度分析、装配工艺设计等，确保产品结构合理、性能可靠；

2. 参与产品研发项目，配合电子、机械等相关部门完成产品整体设计，解决研发过程中的结构技术问题；

3. 编制产品结构设计图纸、技术规范及 BOM 清单，确保图纸准确性与规范性；

4. 跟进产品试产与量产过程，提供结构技术支持，优化生产工艺，降低生产成本。

任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，机械设计制造及其自动化、结构工程等相关专业；

2. 2 年以上产品结构设计工作经验，熟练使用 SolidWorks、AutoCAD 等设计软件，具备结构仿真分析能力者优先；

3. 熟悉材料特性、加工工艺及产品装配流程，能独立完成从设计到量产的结构技术支持；

4. 英语四级及以上，能阅读英文技术资料，具备良好的团队协作能力、创新能力及责任心。
