Foreign Trade Specialist (2 Positions)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain international market customers, expand overseas business through exhibitions, B2B platforms, social media and other channels to achieve sales targets;

2. Handle the entire process of foreign trade orders, including inquiry response, quotation, contract signing, stock preparation follow-up, customs declaration coordination and after-sales docking;

3. Collect international market dynamics and competitor information, formulate targeted sales strategies, and maintain the competitiveness of the company's products in overseas markets;

4. Follow up accounts receivable to ensure timely payment collection, and handle the production and review of various documents related to foreign trade business.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in International Trade, Business English or related fields, CET-6 or above, fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to complete business communication independently;

2. 1-3 years of relevant foreign trade work experience, familiar with foreign trade processes and import and export operation specifications, experience in sales of related industry products is preferred;

3. Strong customer development ability, negotiation skills and market sensitivity, good pressure resistance, able to adapt to time difference communication in overseas markets;

4. Proficient in using Office software and relevant foreign trade platforms (such as Alibaba International Station, Made-in-China, etc.).

一、外贸专员（2 名）

岗位职责：

1. 负责国际市场客户开发与维护，通过展会、B2B 平台、社交媒体等渠道拓展海外业务，达成销售目标；

2. 处理外贸订单全流程，包括询盘回复、报价、合同签订、备货跟进、报关清关协调及售后对接；

3. 收集国际市场动态、竞品信息，制定针对性销售策略，维护公司产品在海外市场的竞争力；

4. 跟进应收账款，确保回款及时，处理外贸业务相关的各类单证制作与审核。

任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，国际贸易、商务英语等相关专业，英语六级及以上，听说读写流利，能独立完成商务沟通；

2. 1-3 年外贸相关工作经验，熟悉外贸流程及进出口操作规范，有相关行业产品销售经验者优先；

3. 具备较强的客户开发能力、谈判技巧及市场敏感度，抗压能力强，能适应海外市场时差沟通；

4. 熟练使用 Office 办公软件及外贸业务相关平台（如阿里巴巴国际站、Made-in-China 等）。
