Technical Engineer (2 Positions)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support for the company's products, including answering overseas customers' technical inquiries, guiding product installation and commissioning, troubleshooting and providing maintenance solutions;

2. Participate in the compilation and update of product technical documents, such as English technical manuals, installation guides, FAQs, etc., to ensure the professionalism and accuracy of documents;

3. Cooperate with the foreign trade team to carry out business, provide product technical parameters and solution support, and assist in completing customer technical docking and demand confirmation;

4. Track the development trend of industry technology, participate in product technical optimization and upgrading, and put forward reasonable suggestions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation or related fields, with solid professional technical knowledge;

2. 1-3 years of relevant technical work experience, familiar with product structure, working principle and technical details, experience in technical support of foreign trade products is preferred;

3. CET-4 or above, proficient in reading and writing English technical documents, with basic oral English communication ability;

4. Strong problem-solving ability, communication and coordination ability and service awareness, able to adapt to short-term business trips.

岗位职责：

1. 负责公司产品的技术支持，包括海外客户技术咨询解答、产品安装调试指导、故障排查及维修方案提供；

2. 参与产品技术文档编写与更新，如英文技术手册、安装指南、FAQ 等，确保文档专业准确；

3. 配合外贸团队开展业务，提供产品技术参数、解决方案支持，协助完成客户技术对接与需求确认；

4. 跟踪行业技术发展趋势，参与产品技术优化与升级，提出合理化建议。

任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，机械工程、电子工程、自动化等相关专业，具备扎实的专业技术知识；

2. 1-3 年相关技术工作经验，熟悉产品结构、工作原理及技术细节，有外贸产品技术支持经验者优先；

3. 英语四级及以上，能熟练阅读和撰写英文技术文档，具备基本的英文口语沟通能力；

4. 具备较强的问题解决能力、沟通协调能力及服务意识，能适应短期出差。
