ALP TECHNOLOGY recommends standardized and periodic maintenance for temperature test chambers to ensure stable performance, extended service life, and accurate test results.
1. Condenser Maintenance (Quarterly)
For air-cooled compressor systems, inspect and clean the condenser fan and dust buildup every three months to guarantee unobstructed ventilation and optimal heat dissipation efficiency. For water-cooled compressor models, maintain stable water pressure, qualified water temperature, and rated water flow. Regular internal condenser cleaning is required to sustain consistent heat exchange performance and avoid thermal degradation.
2. Professional Technical Training & Management
Ensure equipment maintenance is performed by qualified technicians. Organizations with relevant conditions are advised to arrange regular professional training at the manufacturer's factory to accumulate standardized maintenance procedures, troubleshooting experience, and professional operational capabilities.
3. Ambient Operating Environment Requirements
It is strongly recommended to install and operate the high-low temperature test chamber in a controlled ambient temperature range of 8℃ ~ 28℃. Laboratories unable to meet this condition shall be equipped with dedicated air-conditioning systems to stabilize the surrounding environment.
4. Periodic Evaporator Cleaning
During forced air circulation operation, dust, fine particles, and residual contaminants from test samples will gradually accumulate on the evaporator surface. Regular cleaning is necessary to prevent blockage, ensure uniform airflow, and maintain precise temperature control.
5. Power Maintenance During Long-Term Shutdown
When the chamber is idle for an extended period, perform regular power-on maintenance every six months. Each power-on operation shall last no less than 1 hour to protect electrical components, prevent circuit dampness, and avoid performance failure.
6. Circulation Fan & Condenser Fan Maintenance
Similar to evaporator maintenance, both the internal circulation fan and condenser fan accumulate dust and particulate impurities during long-term operation due to varying laboratory environments. Regular cleaning and dynamic balance inspection are essential to guarantee stable air circulation and heat dissipation.
7. Water Circuit & Humidifier System Cleaning
Contaminated water quality and internal scaling inside the humidifier may cause dry-burning faults and permanent humidifier damage. To ensure stable humidification performance, the water circulation system and humidifier components must be cleaned and maintained periodically.
8. Standard Post-Test Shutdown Procedure
After completing each test cycle, reset the chamber temperature close to ambient conditions. Keep the equipment running for approximately 30 minutes to stabilize internal temperature and humidity, then power off the device thoroughly. Clean the inner chamber surface to remove test residues and keep the interior dry and clean.
